What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact us at cs.center0604@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items are non-returnable?

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What are your approximate shipping times?

For USA, approximate shipping time is 3 to 8 business days. For the rest of the world, it is approximately 3 to 12 business days. These times do not include weekends or public holidays.

How long is order processing time?

Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed. This processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
